My spider solitaire window won't open for some reason. The box asking about the game difficulty opens just fine, and it pops up on my task bar, but the game itself won't open. The WSJ report points to exchanges that occurred in August that are worth revisiting, since Amazon tries to justify why it doesn't disclose certain metrics to investors.
